You may return any unused Craniyums Lozenge product for a full refund of the price of the product under the following conditions and limitations:
- The Product(s) were not the ones you thought you ordered
- The Product(s) shipped was/were defective
- You cannot use the product due to allergy to any of the ingredients,
or due to the restrictions on the product label.
- This applies ONLY to Craniyums Lozenges, for additional products see notes 1 & 2 for additional products below
You may even be able to get a partial or full refund of the used product(s) if you comply with the following:
You call the technical service hot line in our Contact Info for a "Used Product Refund" and speak to one of our consultants regarding why you feel the product did not work for you, they can authorize the refund at their discretion. This is necessary because successful use of the product requires consistant use for a period up to two weeks, as discussed in the FAQ,s. There may be other factors that could drastically improve the success of your use of the product that could be determined during a consultation over the phone.
Craniyums Lozenge Return Procedure:
Simply place the product in a padded envelope and return via mail, or UPS prepaid to the address found on our Contact Info page. When we receive it will process a credit to your account for the price of the product returned.
